Product deteriorated voluntarily or involuntarily by the buyer;
Product that has been modified and/or attempted to be repaired outside of Hydroponics-Store.us' support;
Product damaged during delivery (in this case, a request for reimbursement must be made within 14 days following delivery)
It is up to the consumer to prove that the defects and/or irregularities noted on the product(s) are due to Hydroponics-store.us and its co-contractors and that they are not due to him/her, which would lead to an exoneration of Hydroponics-Store's responsibility as mentioned in the previous paragraph.
Proof of the defect or irregularity may be provided by any means by the consumer to Hydroponics-Store, ensuring that the means used allow the defect or irregularity to be clearly identified.
