Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In some cases, only partial refunds are given (if any):
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for a reason not due to an error on our part.
(1) REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.
(2) DELAYED OR MISSED REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

(3) SOLD OUT OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, discounted or sale items are not.
(4) EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We will only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to them with the intention of returning it to you at a later date, we will send the refund to them and they will know that you have returned their gift.
To return a product, you must send it by mail to our supplier's address that we will communicate to you by email: email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, you should consider using a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
